CCC maintenance from 2022-10-17 07:00 UTC to 2022-10-21 08:00 UTC

This CCC version allows for receiving and logging of some new parameters that are implemented in the latest IQ2 versions.

The CCCs will be updated at a rate of 1 per connection type and there will be no downtime for the platform. However, the IQs that are connected to the CCC that is being updated will be instructed to reconnect to a different CCC, which might take a few minutes and the IQ will show a red blinking LED while doing that. This has no impact on local access control.
