SaltoKS will be performing database maintenance on Sunday October 16, 2022 between 20:00 CEST to 23:59 CEST.

Why are we doing this?

This is part of our ongoing commitment to improve system resilience, scalability, and performance. Databases are key components in any cloud solution, and we have identified that this maintenance task will have significant benefits as SaltoKS continues to grow.

What can you expect?

Access control will remain unaffected. We want to make sure that our clients are aware that some disruption to a limited set of functionality will occur for a short period during a part of the announced maintenance window.

Access control endpoints will remain available, however, some delays to access control rule change propagation may be observed.

In order to ensure that our database and devices stay in sync while this operations is happening we will be limiting the following functionality while performing maintenance:

  • Salto KS Commissioning Platform will be unavailable
  • Adding, replacing, or restoring IQs through any of our APIs or applications
  • Adding or removing locks or repeater through any of our APIs or applications
  • Activating IQs for user remote actions
  • Activating IQs for Digital Key
  • New digital key creation
  • Remote openings and remote office mode
