Scheduled M2M Data Center Maintenance 2023-07-05 from 2023-07-05 06:00 UTC to 2023-07-05 10:00 UTC

At 9am CET July 5th maintenance will be done in one of our data centers.

This is done to increase power supply reliability and eliminate disruption when further power supply maintenance will be done on July 11.

This will lead to M2M IQ disconnections for the devices connected there. The outage should last a few minutes, and reconnections should be very fast after that, however, there may be some instability. Unfortunately, this is unavoidable.

Devices will be offline - no realtime events or access control sync will be possible when the devices are offline.

There will be a second maintenance on July 11, when the datacenter will be performing more maintenance. We expect no disruption for this maintenance.
