We are extending the maintenance another 3 hours. This is because we are still encountering degraded performance and we would like to provide more time to investigate and to resolve any outstanding issues.

Due to the database upgrade we experienced a large uptick in IQ reconnections which caused increased pressure on our CCC’s. This has caused a number of IQ’s to go offline and we are scaling up our infrastructure immediately to help deal with the increase in reconnections and bring the IQ’s online as soon as possible.

In addition to this we are experiencing a delay in processing events of around 45 minutes so events may not appear immediately.

Our team is actively working to resolve this issue and we will keep you updated.

This maintenance has been extended for another 3 hours as we investigate some degredation in performance.

This maintenance is now starting as planned.

There will be scheduled database maintenance for two hours as we perform a database upgrade.

We anticipate there will be downtime on the platform and we aim to keep it under 5 minutes during this two hour period.
