M2M Provider maintenance from 2025-07-16 06:00 UTC to 2025-07-16 15:00 UTC

This maintenance is now starting as planned.

Our M2M network provider (KPN) will be performing an upgrade to their infrastructure and will have a maintenance during this period.

Connectivity for M2M connected IQ’s only may be interrupted during this period from 10 up to 40 minutes.

If your IQ disconnects during this period, then our Local Access Management (LAM) will continue to seamlessly provide access for current access rules.

If an IQ is offline, remote opening will be unavailable and no new access control changes will be synchronised to devices. In addition to no real-time events if and while devices are offline.

Once the IQ comes back online all access changes and events will be synced.
