This maintenance is now starting as planned.

Our M2M Sim provider is performing and infrastructure migration at this time. This will affect all IQ1s and (only) M2M connected IQ2’s running IQ versions 24 and lower. IQ’s connected via Wifi or Ethernet will not be affected.

The migration is expected to take 10-20 minutes but devices could be offline for up to 90 minutes.

Any currently configured access rules will function as normal but new access changes will not be synced to the IQ whilst it is offline. Once the connection is restored any new access changes will be automatically synced to the IQ.
