Higher pressure on LAM sync at this moment from 2020-10-04 19:44 UTC to 2020-10-04 23:00 UTC
KS service is under high pressure right now, the LAM (Local Access Management) sync is impacted. We are expanding the number of services to cope with this pressure, but we are still seeing delay for the access being synced in the IQ. The remote opening is expected not to be impacted, so it can be used for urgent cases.
We expect the load will be processed by the extra service before 5th October 1 AM CET.
