Maintenance window for IQ1 connectivity update on March 3rd 7pm to 9pm CET from 2026-03-03 18:00 UTC to 2026-03-03 20:00 UTC

Due to Microsoft Azure deprecating older software versions, will be running an upgrade to the VPN Gateway, which is the component that provides connectivity between a limited number of older devices and the platform. This includes IQs revision 1.0 and IQs revision 2.0 that use an M2M (mobile) connection and are on firmware versions 25.2 and below. This is a very small percentage of our overall devices and customers that have more of those devices on their sites have already been informed.

The actual downtime will be around 10 to 30 minutes, due to how the older IQs reconnect. We are leaving a 2 hour maintenance window in order to monitor. We have a backup connectivity tunnel in place and a rollback plan.

Features that may be affected for those devices are Remote Opening and Access Synchronisation. Existing access will work as usual.
