Salto KS CCC maintenance November from 2021-11-16 09:45 UTC to 2021-12-10 10:45 UTC

For Salto KS, there will be maintenance for updating all CCC services, the whole process will take 3.5 weeks to complete, and the expected start date would be November 16th.

Description of the change and expected impact:

This new release of CCC will allow us to monitor the actual load and health of each CCC more precisely and thus distribute IQs more efficiently across them. The CCCs will be updated at a rate of 1 per connection type per day and this will cause no downtime to the platform. However, the IQs that are connected to the CCC that is being updated will reconnect to a different CCC automatically within a few minutes and show a red blinking LED while doing that.

Openings will be handled locally during this time with no impact, but the event will show up on the platform with a delay. Besides that, remote openings will be rejected and access rule updates will be delayed during the reconnection sequence.
