Rollout of new CCC version from 2022-02-07 08:00 UTC to 2022-02-16 16:00 UTC

In order to improve stability and add support for upcoming new features, we will update all CCCs in our production environment. The whole process will take us 1 week to complete and the expected start date would be February 7th.

Description of the change and expected impact:
This new release of CCC will allow us to have more insight on the actual hardware configuration of each IQ. The CCCs will be updated at a rate of 1 per connection type and there will be no downtime for the platform. However, the IQs that are connected to the CCC that is being updated will reconnect to a different CCC automatically within a few minutes and show a red blinking LED while doing that. Openings will be handled locally during this time with no impact, but the event will show up on the platform with a delay. Besides that, remote openings will be rejected and access rule updates will be delayed during the reconnection sequence.
