M2M provider's service maintenance from 2022-02-22 12:00 UTC to 2022-02-22 14:30 UTC

Maintenance has been successfully completed. We are monitoring the system behavior.

On February 22, 2022 from 13.00-15.00 CET - Salto KS’s cellular connectivity provider KPN will be conducting maintenance on the critical infrastructure that connects M2M connected IQs to the KS cloud.

We have worked hard with KPN to minimize any disruption, however, they have informed us that during the process about half of the devices connected over their network will be disconnected.
We expect that all will come back online shortly after through a redundant network path. We don’t expect that the IQs will be disconnected during the full 2 hours of the maintenance window.
IQ2 devices are designed with offline resilience in mind, and while your devices are offline, you will not experience any change to your normal door openings. Please be aware that changes to access control rules and remote commands will not be propagated while the device is offline.

Please do not be alarmed if your devices start blinking red during the process and in case of any significant delays in reconnections (15mins or more) please keep an eye on this page for status updates from our team.
